I've noticed on my 2006 2500HD 6.0L gas motor - that the clutch follower kicks on and cause my truck to lose significant power. I was towing a trailer closing week up a steep grade, everything be going great until my clutch fan kicked contained by...I then seem to be to lose about 50 HP, or at lowest it seemed resembling it...Plus I could hear the clutch fan spinning similar to crazy when I hit the gas. The truck only have 20K on it so I'm assuming the fan is not inconsistent? but maybe? Anyone else catch sight of this in here truck? Is this normal?

Answers: The disciple is doing exactly what it is designed to do. The temp sensor causes more admirer action as the temp rises. You can switch to electric fan if need be.
