Answers: Out of the 2 I'd own the Chrysler 300C but only if its the SRT/8 otherwise Forget it.
The 300C have to be better handeling car than Compared to the Lincoln LS because adjectives Chrysler's were bieng Built & Tuned contained by Germany.
The 300C is more powerfull aswell because of the HEMI but still the HEMI is no match for the Chevy Small Blocks but still similar to all American Engines its huge next to very Lame Power.
when Comparing better Ride for Smoother Ride I'd Choose the Lincoln LS cos I hold Driven that car here contained by Kuwait and its Ride like adjectives American Cars is very Smooth and I cogitate a Sports sedan should be Rough and stiff so you can feel the Acceleration and Power when you Flat your Foot down on the Loud Paddle.
and Finally no neither of the 2 cars can Keep up beside other sports Saloon/Sedans I mean the Following sedans would blow both surrounded by to dust:-

2)the new Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG a true european Muscle Car, Rear Wheel Drive, more or less 500 bhp from the 5.7 litre V8 from AMG you thought that the 300C was a perfect smoker, jus turn off the Traction Control within the E55 AMG and All Hell Breaks Loose, and if you have the Money to get hold of the Brabus than you dont need to look anywhere Except for one motor in its opening that is the Brabus V12 BiTurbo S Whichis Currently the Fastest Sedan contained by the World Witha Top Speed of 227 mph it puts a lot of high-ranking Performance, Near Million Dollar Supercars to Shame, the Brabus V12 BiTurbo S is Based on the CLS and talking roughly speaking the CLS,its a Great car aswell I denote Especially the CLS55 AMG which is a Direct Competitor to the BMW M5.
3)Lexus GS430 Sports, has to be Without a Doubt the Best Car here when Compared to the Build Quality of the Interior and without doubt looks better compared to the BMW and the Mercedes-Benz and also has this Muscle Car Feel surrounded by it and with over 400 bhp its also a Very Very Powerfull Car!.

I don't feel so, i mean undeniably the 300C and the LS are cheaper and I mean bearing Cheaper but you didnt mention about comparing them to cheap Sports Sedans, but still I surmise both your Choices are good speedy Sports Sedans but are nuthing compared to what the rest of the World has to throw at them.
