Nip into Halfords, they have lists of appropriate oil.
Answers: Tire pressure is indie the door. Just clear the door and you will see the sticker that tells you the tire pressure. It should be 30psi for all tires.
If it have 100,000 miles(161,000 kilometers), then you should use high mileage grease. If it has less, after use regular oil. The brand does not matter. Use 5w-30 for the type of grease.
