I want to do a conversion of an automatic Nissan Skyline R32 with a blown RB20DE non turbo to a 5 speed and even possibly an RB20DET turbo engine.
i have some important mechanical skills but never done anything electrical...
I know getting a donor/wrecking coup¨¦ is cheapest so I'd prefer to do that.
What are costs/hours involved in completing this?
I don't want it to be another unfished project :-/
THANKS
Answers: Converting an automatic vehicle to operate a clutch can be very daunting. You're best sour finding all the parts (pedals assembly, hydraulics & electronics) from a donor wreck. The ECM may not be compatible beside a manual trans too.
yeah youre probably better sour selling the auto Skyline for a manual something youd close to better, and then tune that.
