To trade name it less messy,loosen all the bolts surrounded by the pan.Leave 3 or 4 "snug" on one end afterwards remove the others.Break the seal between the pan and the trans.While holding the jar with one hand,at a snail`s pace loosen the last of the bolts.As the the pan"hinges " down the fluid will come out.As for the amount,check your shop encyclopaedia or ask at the auto parts place.Good luck!
