Why don't I hold +12v to my radio on my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee? (All fuses check worthy within the 3 fuse boxes)

I was installing a new radio within my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and noticed that I no longer had +12v coming within. Everything else works inside the Jeep and I checked all of the fuses in the below dash panel and both under hood panel. I also tried plugging in the stock stereo, no power still. Any ideas?

you may have a inline fuse contact trace the wire and you should see a capsule where on earth the fuse is housed.other than that might have to run a rope directly to the battery.also make shure your ignition is set at accassery on.

Do you OWN a bmw?

Answers:    There are no fusible links within the radio system. The B+ wires for the radio both run off of the same fuse. That is fuse number 28 within the integrated power module that runs to the junction block and splits to the two 16 gauge red w/ red tracer wires going to the radio.

I suggest double checking fuse 28 in the fuse box closest to you under the hood. The fuse appears to be one of the ones within the black holder.

If that one is not blown then i suggest taking it to a dealer to find the friendly wire.
