My moms 92 Toyota Carolla will not start it just turns over and nought... It has Compression, Spark, and Fuel which is the crazy article. I changed the fuel pump and still nothing. Sprayed ether into throttle body and still zilch. Me and three other mechanics are stumped. Even my mechanic shop teacher at Laner Tech checked it out ane we be left totally clueless as to what the problem may be. O yeah here are no DTC's either. So any relieve would be greatly appreciated. Did you check the spark plug/gap and how does the distributor look. The sparkplug lines could also be shot.
Maybe the gas is no apposite?
Plugs gapped properly?
That's adjectives I can think of. Unless the timing is so bad that the plugs are firing at the totally wrong time?
Answers: first how much compression? How do you now it is getting gas did you check that the injectors are self pusled by the computer? How much fuel pressure after the fuel filter and is the fuel pressure constant note the pump keep running? Also how much kv or spark from dist are you getting?
