Engine at operating temperature but only lukewarm nouns out of the heater. I know little about the Spirit...is within a valve not letting hot water achieve to the heater core, or a door that is not crack fully, or something else?
No, they discontinued the valve long ago. First thing that comes to mind is have the coolant been changed regularly. If not, than the heater core is to a degree stopped up with rust. Take the heater hoses stale at the motor and run water from the garden hose through both and see if a lot of rust comes out. This is one of the most adjectives problems when a vehicle gets around 10 years old and have a lot of miles on it.
How's the engine temperature? How's your coolant level? Have you have a coolant leak, replaced the radiator, or had a coolant flush only just?
It's possible you have some kind of clog within your coolant lines, or that some kind of valve is stuck.
It is also possible that nearby is something wrong with the mixture control, and it won't switch over from part-hot-part-cold to all-hot. It is also possible that you have a impossible heater core (if it's full of scale and rust or something it won't be as successful.
None of this is likely to be particularly cheap or straightforward to fix, BTW.

Answers: i don't think a 94 has grill valve i think its adjectives done with the heater doors on those, look at the warmth hand and see if its rising ,if not you will entail to replace the thermostat,it could also be a blend door not opening on it and a bad inside control part will cause that or a blend door motor either one will do it,you,ll hold to check this stuff and narrow it down a little,well-mannered luck on it.
