I am Very Seriously Considering Getting a B6 Audi S4, however I don't really know much about Audi. I notice that a good portion of the Audi's I own seen for public sale have going on for 50-60k miles on them (2003-2005). I know that like Honda and Toyota can well go for 150k miles +, what would you vote would be a conservative mileage estimate for the lifespan of Audi's.

Audis can second for a long time, say 150K to 200K miles isn't unusual, provided that they're maintain accordingly. The S4 is the glorious performance alternative and highly desired.
That said, Audis are not cheap to profess or fix - they are in a different league as challenging your garden variety Toyota or Honda, and if you choose to own one, you should budget fittingly. You'll be making the tradeoff in favor of running, luxury vs. cost here.
