I currently drive an e90 daily and am going to need a investigational car soon. The plan is to give the e90 to my wife and lease a unsullied vehicle. It's pretty much up to me, but I have thought about it and even though the e60 M5 would be my first choice, it runs a touch too pricey.
That leaves:
135i -- best deal and gas//small and two door (I need 4dr)
e90 335i -- enjoy the non turbo now
e90 M3 -- probably most fun // uncomfortable for my wife? and gas is bleak
e60 535i--more room etc, not all that exciting.
I have also considered a Cayman S, but this is another small motor. Also I have heard Porsche lease payments are ridiculous. Even though the Cayman prices out resembling an M3 it leases like an M5-- is this true?
I agree with Elwin4 135i. But who could not similar to an m5.
Happy hunting I wish I had your problem:)
i think the 135i would be the best deal. even though it have 2 doors, you still have the other one to do whatever you obligation a 4 door to do. plus you will be glad to have saved so much money on gas and the motor itself

Answers: 335i sedan.
You say-so you need a 4 door. That rules out a Cayman.
The 135i is a 2 door but it does have small but usable backside seat.
However, you have to foot full MSRP for a 135i. If you want to order one, you may have to dawdle a few months for an allocation slot. There is no European Delivery allocation for the 1 series this year.
You can get a 335i sedan at a decent discount and here is an incentive lease deal. Even better, you can pick up a 335i sedan in Munich and gain a bigger discount. If you are leasing, European Delivery is great deal as the residual is based on US MSRP, but you are buying the coup¨¦ at discount from the Munich pick up price.
