I have a 1999 Chevy Blazer beside 56,000 miles on it. It just get a major frontage lift. I give it a tune up, new throttle sensor, radiator drained, fuel system cleaned, intake gasket, the total nine yards. But after adjectives that, for some reason, the shifitng is rough, especially at 40-45 mph. It seem fine at around 25-30 though. What could be the issue. It wouldn't be bad if it wasn't so noticable. You can really perceive it.
Answers: Did ya change out the inline fuel filter? All that flushing ,resourcefully ya may have to replace it a couple times end in fuel filters can be bleak right out of the factory
Check the tranny or timing chain.
