My 1990 Jeep Wrangler won't start this morning. My parents said it is because it is so cold out. The temperature right now is 0*F, could this be possible thats its not starting because its so cold out.
Try this, With your left appendage turn the key as if to start the engine and at the same time move the shifter up and down from park to D-1 if you hear the starter take hold of then you just found its contented spot.If this is the case then the safekeeping nutreal switch is crap but you can still do what I told you for a while if that's what it is.
Is it turning over? Is it cranking slow? Is there a heavy fuel smell?
Need rather more info to help diagnose the problem.

Answers: Extreme cold make the engine oil thicker which makes it harder for the starter to turn the engine over (slow cranking).
A thin battery just make this problem worse.
Fuel doesn't atomize well at extreme low temps. It tends to condense into droplets upon contacting cold cylinder walls.
Droplets tend not to ignite economically, if at all.
All these things working together to keep your saloon from starting up easily.
A block heater is one channel to ensure that your oil will be thinned enough to allow the engine cranking speed to be adequate to start the engine.

If it will not go to start when you stir to turn the key... You have a unpromising ignition switch.
