My alarm never has seemed to work and I couldnt never set it to work. Anyways, they only just put in a new aftermarket alarm which I love. Now 2 days subsequent, I went to get something from my motor and my factory alarm goes off (horn beeping). It's pissing me stale. How do I disable the factory alarm and/or will that messup the aftermarket alarm I had put in. I wonder why the didn't disable the factory close to I had mentioned to them.
Ideas?
Answers: you need to run to the honda dealer..factory alarms are wired into alot of the electrical systems.hard to bypass unless you hold a wiring diagram.
