How do you change the fog light bulb on a 2003 dodge stratus. Do you own to get under the front bumper?

Answers: The fog wishy-washy lense has two screws holding it to the bumper. You should be capable of remove the screws and the housing comes out and you should be able to remove the bulb that means of access. The headlights are pretty much the same way but next to bolts attached to the radiator support.
