what does the stock sound system sound close to in the new ford mustangs? is it worth upgrading to the shaker1000 or is the shaker500 apposite too? and do they have bad distortion or anything?
shaker 500 isn't bad but i similar to to feel the music. shaker 1000 is the way to jump in my opinion. totally worth it.
Answers: I'd voice no, only because of the money. I know that my shaker 500 sounds great. A little lacking contained by the bass dept. if you want your mirrors to really fuzz up. Otherwise I think its a great setup. If you know how to wire up your own stuff you'd be capable of throw a ten and an amp in your trunk cheaper than the upgrade. I listen to a lot of rock, so if your into R&B or rap you may want to give more. The only advantage is that you grasp a nice clean factory installed look.
