Answers:    I own a shop, and I'm going to be as honest as I can next to you. You should have it towed to a shop, and own them fix it. You are assuming the problem is the starter, and it may very all right not be, so changing it individual to find out it still won't start will only cost you more surrounded by the long run. The starter is located on the right side of the engine, at the back, and down at the bottom. You hold to remove the battery cable to fix it, and you will loose your presets, hold a problem with your anti-theft system, and it's simply not a good theory to attempt this if you don't have the tools, and wisdom about it to do the chore. Causing the car to burn to the ground is a actuality. Do yourself a favor, and have it towed to a shop to be precise equipped to handle the opening. The thing that scare me is the fact you state you don't know what you are doing! Injury to yourself, and/or the vehicle is a terrifically real possibility.
Glad to serve out, Good Luck!
