I'm considering buying a 2008 Honda Fit, but we live in Michigan. It snows. A lot. Does anyone know how the Fit handles on snow? Any info give or take a few the Fit will help!! Thanks!!
I am not sure about the Fit but I had a Honda Civic and it be the worst car I've ever had contained by the snow. Every time I drove in an inch of snow the car would fish tail at around 30 mph. I live in Connecticut so I traded that one in asap.
Answers: The Fit is front wheel drive and will be similar within handling in the snow to the Honda Civic and the other smaller front wheel drive cars.
here shouldn't be a problem with the Fit in snow. I don't deliberate you can put snow chains on the Fit because of clearance issues (chains are popular out here in California to get up the mountain passes). If you don't run up mountain passes then snow chains are not an issue.
Hope that help

Whats the song on the advert for...
they are alright... i would influence they handle closer to an insight than a civic. (live in wisconsin... weather pretty much the same) they are terrifically light cars... and have a inclination to get stuck easily. the ones i enjoy driven (work at a honda dealership) have had no problems beside the snow the rear end is a solid floor joist type so it doesn't give much like most indipendant suspension setups... i would enunciate with a good set of blizzac snow tires... you should be right in the snowDoes nissan have a flawless resale attraction...
