you might want to take this one by an auto trim shop,its possible they could remove the form and take the bottom bad and repair it for reasonable amount,that's really the best agency to do this,anything else you try and do will be very distinct,i seen one the other light of day with duct video on it,then they have a cover over this because of the sticky residue from the tape,psyche check in to getting it repaired,it may not cost over 100 bucks to receive it redone the right path,and the car probably is worth fixing it surrounded by,good luck near it.
