I was wondering if the Honda Insight is worth the purchase. It has phenomenol fuel reduction but I am a bit worried about the cost of replacing the battery pack down the road. Any one own any advise?
yea its good
No its not worth getting. The don't variety them anymore so repair parts, batteries, etc will be costly which it will need. The mileage be good because the car be designed for mileage more than being practical or comfortable. It is a 2 seater with almost no interior space and contained by my personal opinion its ugly.
For a bit less mileage you could get a Civic hybrid beside actual usable space that looks far better and wont need a battery that costs as much as the saloon for a few more years.
It Honda. That adjectives that do matter. Not sure if it still available, but as long as it Honda. Nothing better out there. Honda do rock! Never no problem next to Insight. It do last forever because it Honda.

Answers: Yes the fuel economy is great. The technology used contained by this car has since become non-operational. The new Civic Hybrids are much more economical and reliable. You can find these used at a decent price almost everywhere.
