I am thinking about purchasing 1995 jeep wrangler. I done the carfax report, solely one owner for 12 years. Mileage is only 40K. The jeep is super verbs. Original paint looks like untried. Was obviously garage kept. Also have air which is not adjectives for a jeep that age. Seller is asking 11,900. Which is much higher than book plus. Seller claims rare to find a jeep contained by this condition at this age.
No, I cogitate you can talk him down. I bought a 96 beside 51000 miles on it and it was spick and span, for 8900.00. I talked him down from 9300.00. There are like mad of people that try the ole "RARE" trick, but the with the sole purpose thing that would really generate it rare is if it be a specialty model of some type that had a different engine or option you can not find anywhere else. Many people whip care of their items and newborn the mileage. It is a lot a lesser amount of then most, but not infrequent.
progress to kellybluebook.com, or nada.com. and you should be able to put surrounded by mileage etc. and see. dont ever go on what the merchant says. do your own research.
i a short time ago did a search on the lowest interpretation of your jeep and the value is 5270 dollars. at 40k miles. you probably are getting ripped past its sell-by date, new jeeps dance for what that person is asking
Answers: Here's the poop. That is a rare find. Is it worth 11,900? Nope. Does it own the 4.0? What about a hardtop? Does it hold the factory trak lok system(posi)? How about some conservation records? At that price they involve to back it up next to proof that they have taken in good health care of it. If not...totter away. If it does...then make a contribution them your phone number. Have them call you if not a soul bites at it.
Jeep wranglers are rated difficult on resale value than almost any other auto. They can hold up to 73% of their expediency. Also it is a Jeep YJ....the last of the leafsprung Jeeps. Like the CJ, folks can ask almost what ever they want for it and come close to getting it. If it is as clean as you enunciate....8,200 - 9,500 tops. And that is at elevated retail value within S. Calif.
11/9:
They did not pay 10k. They get it at a rock bottom aution price. They probley payed no more than 5-6K. Ask to see a copy of the purchase invoice. I think they own to show a copy to the consumer upon request. If they refuse I wouldn't trust them. As for the trak lok this can be determined by checking the axle. There are numbers stamped on it that can be looked up.
Ha! I found the Jeep. It looks nice. KB voice $8,360 in your nouns.
They DID NOT pay 10K Good Luck!
