I have a 2001 Wrangler and the lover is not working. It worked fitfully when I purchased the vehicle, now it is not. We enjoy tried the relay, fuses and replacing the blower motor resistor. What else could be the issue?
Answers: i have see alot of these with a desperate control head. try jump the wires at the blower motor. if it works, see if it doesn't have power or ground at the connector. if it doesn't hold ground, trace it back to the resistor, trademark sure its still ok, and if it is you should have a fruitless control head. if you are missing power, stir back towards the ignition nurture to it. a wiring diagram will back.
Hard to tell lacking examining but it sounds like the motor bearing are bad. Check the adherent motor for spin by jumping directly to a mobile (not for long). If it spins then the problem is surrounded by the wiring - possible grounding in the past connecting to motor. If no spin, remove motor, check the motor shaft you will likely enjoy to replace the motor. Also check for fan blockage.
