My truck has 2 1/4 inch pipes and I want to put three inch pipes on it. Will that brand name it any louder and increase horse power any? The truck is an 04 Ram SRT-10 and I already have flowmaster 40 series mufflers on it.

If the truck doesn't own any flow issues, increasing the exhaust will decrease the stern pressure in the engine, which might if truth be told reduce power.
If it's tumult you want, go for straight pipes and minimal mufflers required by the state. Look at something similar to cherry bombs.
