Answers: your car have struts and in most cases it will be both the strut and strut mounds, there's rubber that go between the strut and where the strut mounds to the sports car, this over time this wears out and cases the bumping nouns you say is going on, and the strut its self can baggage this to happen as all right.
i would take it to a shop and enjoy then check it out, most brake shops will do this for free, consequently you can fix it your self or call around for the best price.
