I would like opinion on which make, between chevy-ford-dodge,you prefer. I am shopping for a used pick-up,around 4-5 years outdated. also,which engine is prefered,because while doing my research,I find some trucks with 200 - 300k on them.would a six cyl be prudent or a small eight. Any help is appreciated.....................

I have a Ford Ranger (97') They can't be trounce for the price, the little 4cyl runs great. But the Toyota Tacoma truck is a much better truck, build quality prudent. Stay away from Dodge trucks.
