Answers:    Your maximum rpm will definitely increase considerably, however 6500 rpm is at the remarkably top end of a flat tappet hydraulic cam's usable variety. Over 6000 rpm you begin to hold serious valve float issues. If you want to take the most out of it I'd recommend investing in a rev utensils. Comp, Isky, Schneider, and Howards all product fairly affordable rev kit, around $125.00, that will help near valve float issues and make higher the max attainable rpm. Valve train stability also becomes an issue at glorious rim, especially with a flat tappet hydraulic, so you may also want to consider a stud girdle.
