My key fob for the doors and imobiliser wasn't working properly. The imobiliser wasn't switching stale when i put the key surrounded by the ignition. I changed the battery. Now my central locking isn't working and the imobiliser still won't switch off.
Answers: Sounds similar to the transponder chip in the switch has bungled.
Sometimes if you turn the ignition on and off a few times pretty quickly it kick it back into vivacity and the car will start, but the error usually reoccurs the next time you try and start the saloon.
You probably will end up getting a replacement switch
