If you check, for example, the JD Power Dependability Studies for various years, you will see that Subaru does pretty polite in jargon of reliability. Consumer Reports also rate them well. I enjoy owned cars before and immediately have a 2005 Legacy GT. Knock on wood but I own had surely ZERO issues with it.
