Toyota MR2 1985. clutch pedal greatly low. Resivor full of fluid. Does not walk within to 2 4 or reverse?

I am buying an 85 mr2 I drove it but it's difficult to enter in to gear. Clutch is massively low resivor is full. does not like 2nd gear. will enter 4th but will not enter reverse. Is it the clutch or could it be a combination of the shiter cable? Could the sencronizers be bad?

Thanks

Where do the nouns grease budge ...

Answers:    Sounds approaching it could be several things:
1) Toyota designed the clutch pedal to be adjustable, so it could just entail adjusting
2) sychros within the tranny are shot
3) Clutch / pressureplate are toast
4) the shifter cables are bleak
