oil light an ecu street light come on in 2001 vw polo . We have tried topical ecu , crank sensor , cam sensor and tried making new loom to wire clocks but still no cash . The vw tester says faulty sensor but it have been changed , just wondering if the responsibility lies somewhere else . When you delete the fault and test drive it , it is fine , but when you budge to get back surrounded by it , it becomes difficult to start and the oil neutral and ecu light comes on then .It is at vw garage but not sufficiently expert to find fault , any help appreciated , john
Answers: Investigate your local auto electricians. Find a flawless one as they are often better than the main dealer and charge a lot less than the key dealers. Dealers tend to just throw money at it and smaller garages give attention to about the faults first. It may be a loose connector to be exact throwing the system out.
