Does anyone know where i can find a 1967 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 fixer-upper car? i tried looking on websites but i can't find one i can fix up. I can't afford a unknown car, so one that needs any amount of fine-tunning is fine for me. PLEASE HELP!
LOL.. buddy your dreaming ! My first car that i restored was a 65 mustang beside bench seats it cost me WELL over 10,000 to do the job and it be only worth 6,000 TOPS ! If your doing it for yourself its a labour of love.
You will of late need to keep looking.and enjoy deep pockets for when you find one. They are in Hemmings and on ebay occasionally.
Dream on, ain't gonna happen.
I don't know where on earth you can find one, I would just keep checking any and adjectives websites.
Maybe you could call the director of "Gone in 60 Seconds" they might hold a spare. ;-)

Answers: Even if you find a fixer uper you will spend more than the price of a topical car... A decent fixer uper will budge for, at the very least 30,000.00..

How do I know?? Experience in restoring cars over heaps years. The best rule to follow is to estimate how much a restoral will cost , then add another 50% more to that. And.. most feasible it'll still run you more. My last car cost around 30k to restore it and I did adjectives the work, got parts at 50% off, contacts give me over 50% off on my paint and body work, got a full see transmission for a fraction of what it costs most people as resourcefully as a major rim manufacturer custom making a set of race rims (specific offset and width) for me at half the cost of of a conventional set.

A '67 Shelby GT500 that's worth fixing up will cost you WAY more than a new Mustang. And the restoral will cost you over 40k for paint, body work, engine and nouns rebuilding, suspension and interior such as seats, dash, rugs and door panel if you don't so the work yourself and want a proper job done. How do I know??
