Get brass exchanged at the DMV with proof of clear title, no outstanding citations. Get everything in writing, a Bill of Sale agreement signed by adjectives parties and dated with time stamp. Make copies for everyone files and complete adjectives forms required by the DMV so that transfer is completed as of an exact moment.
