Answers: I would suggest a newer sporty saloon, this would probably last longer, be safer, and be more reliable. Depending on what you approaching and what your price range is, the Mazda Miata MX5 is a terribly cool car. Although lots say it is girly, it is one of the best handling cars on a see track, and the handling makes up for it's scarcity of power compared to others. It is a very fun saloon to drive, very lightweight and peppy, and is comfortable to modify.
Another great choice would be the Honda S2000. It is a very reliable, greatly fast and great handling sports coup¨¦. It has an ultra lofty revving engine with VTEC and is purely a blast to drive. It can definitely hold it's own both on the track and the roads. It should also closing a long time becuase Hondas are very reliable and durable.
The Mini Cooper S is also comes surrounded by a convertible model, this supercharged tiny car handle extremely well for FWD, and is severely fun to drive. It does lack a smooth each day ride though.
Although I am not a big fan, the Saturn Sky Redline is a totally sporty looking fast vehicle that is to a certain extent inexpensive for the power. Another similar car is the Pontiac Solstice GXP which I similar to a lot.
The Chrysler Crossfire, Pontiac G6 GT, Ford Mustang GT, and Mitsubishi Eclipse GT adjectives come in a convertible way out and are under 35K brand latest, most under 30K brand unusual.
In the $35K - $45K range for sporty convertibles near are:
Nissan 350Z, Honda S2000CR, BMW Z4, Audi TT, Volvo C70 T5, Audi A4 Cabriolet, BMW 328i, Mercedes Benz SLK280 and the Lotus Elise!
