HELP im turning 16 and i call for IDEAS!?

ok well my dad said if i settle half and he pays partially then i can draw from me a good vehicle for cheap.now i dont want approaching a 88 modle car i lowest possible want a 99 or newer car.any concept? please,any thing you can chew over of that gets GOOD gas mialage,runs honourable,looks good for a girl,is nice and sporty...anything would be great gratitude!
