This will be my first car. I'm not against used cars becuase I'm a recent college grad & funds are pretty tight. Its just for me to catch to & from work. I don't know which makes & models are better than others. Flashy is not a factor in this equation but dependability is. I'm also interested surrounded by any features that would lower the cost of insurance.

I am with Jack, you should look at the Hyundai Elantra. They are great cars next to really good warranties. I would go beside a Ford Focus or a Toyota Corolla. I don't like any foreign auto maker, but the Toyota is a strong, powerfully built car. If your looking at new, the topical 08 Focus is a really cool car.
