i had a horrible experience lately with a vehicle dealership...to make a long story short, i have to return the vehicle..i had put 1K down, and they told me i would enjoy it by mail no following than today. i returned the vehicle on last thursday. if i dont enjoy the check in my mailbox today, what should i do..is 5 days a plausible amount of time for a refund. my friend say i should expect it between today and no later than saturday..when should i put together a complaint?
