Answers: We need years please as respectively model year has different features.

Both are great cars overall,but minus knowing the years i can only furnish the same as everyone else an belief,as we all dont know the year and havent owned both models.
If i could pick one from any gen it would be the EVO why it looks meaner and the Evo have become to popular with mid life span crisis and older men.There is two where on earth i live and both are owned by owners over 65.
Car tech wise the Evo is a great track motor and super fast against the STI .
Please permit me have a years and i will impart a tech answer.

StI definetily, mitibishi have terrible safekeeping ratings plus the STI is a much nicer car
