Tires return policy ?

i bought this tires from mr.tires store for 700 dollars, the guys said that he have to writ it and want me to pay for it first so i did. but 3 days subsequently i found some a very perfect deal on ebay so i want to quash the tires i just bought. i didn't put the tires on my saloon yet, it's still at the store but the Dutch auction man said that i can't return it because he special order it for me . the store own the 30 days return policy for other tires but not this one. The sale man never told me that i can't return the tires if i dont similar to it.so i'm stuck . i dont want to pay 700 dollar when i know i will attain something else for much less. i dont know what to do .

He could probably "embezzle them back" but you would need to rate a restocking fee because it be a special order. This is common as he had to steal time and money to get them specially for you. Talk to him and see what you can work out. Keep contained by mind that the tires on eBay would (unless they are local) need to be shipped and after mounted and balanced on your vehicle. Are they still a good deal when you factor that contained by?

LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT AND CHECK AT THE STORE AND SEE IF THERE IS ANYTHING THAT TELLS YOU THAT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS SPECIAL ORDER PARTS.
