Used Car Law?

Ok we looked at a car today and if truth be told like it and signed adjectives the papers but did not drive the car bad the lot. Well we drove on a demo but the sales man drove. Ok we are home in a minute and we are still interested in buying it but I be wondering if we changed our minds and decided not to buy it would the mart still be final because we have not taken possesion of it. Its still sitting surrounded by the lot.
We dont have insurance for it, and we havent provided a drivers licence, or a downpayment. These be all prommisary for tomorrow.

Answers: To clarify, there is no 3 light of day right to rescind anywhere in the United States.

However, since you hold not taken delivery of the vehicle, you can still rear out. Even if you signed all the paperwork, until you lug delivery, it is not considered a complete mart. If you decide you don't want it, afterwards all you enjoy to do is tell them you changed your mind. I hope this help to clarify.
