Questions something like Leasing cars.?

I think your dad is right. If you spend $650 on a car.probability are... you will put at least that much into it every few months in repairs.

You would be better stale to buy one on a car loan, (if you don't need a co-signer).

Other than that, you will also obligation insurance, liability insurance, and to pay for tires, oil, anitfreeze, upkeep, and don't forget gas. If you are competent to go to a car auction, (you hold to know a dealer that will take you), you may be capable of get a good buy and sell on a car that worth more than what you pay outright. If you do that, be sure you look up the saloon ahead of time to check out it's history. Even then, depending on the state the car is sold out if, you may not draw from the truth in the report. This is because different states can not agree on what makes a vehicle totalled, so they just clear the titel instead.

Maybe you can buy a car from a relative, or parents friend. That may be your best bet. You may attain a better deal, and know about the history.

Anyway..I know it is frozen, but waiting until you get the right car, can receive all the difference in the world. Also, look up the vehicle generate and model in the Consumer Reports car...repair history ratings, (I enjoy the name somewhat right). You can just move about to the library, and tell them... they will know. They have a chronicle of used vehicles, and what items usually need repair, and the ratings. This will facilitate guide you to the specific make, models, and years to stay away from, and lean towards.

Oh, you can also talk to a trusted mechanic. They get hold of in vehicles on trade that they repair, and resell. If you know someone, or your dad does...they may also own a good recommendation.
Good luck : )
Save it and make the addition of to it for when your dad says you can get a vehicle.
