Would buying a 96 mitsubishi eclipse spyder near 110,964 miles be a desperate theory?

I know nothing about cars and I'm looking to buying my first. It's anyone sold to me for $4,000.

Are they realiable? How's the fuel economy?

Thanks!

Credit's impossible,wanna buy a sports car. What...

That is a 12 year old Mitsubishi next to 110,000 miles for $4000.00, NO WAY, you can do alot better.

Are Saturn sedan's a polite vehicle?

polite price. good on gas
pretty car
step for it
I had a 3000gt
it's not that bad on gas... so dont permit everyone fool you
i had no problems with mine and it have way over 200,000 miles on it.
you will have to run glorious grade gas in it though
big whoopie!
I loved my mitsubishi
they are for a moment high priced on the maintaniance
but mine was absoutly reliable
drove it from nc to texas twice!

I drive a honda presently but only because it gets better gas milage and i dont enjoy to put premium gas in it
because.. i make weekly trips from nc to ohio
if i be looking for something to cruise around town i would have definatly kept my mitsubishi.
Dont let culture persuade you with their horror stories
everybody get a lemon sometime or another
Sounds high for that many miles on that coup¨¦ unless it is just immaculate.
I would verbs about the transmission more than anything on that saloon, with that many miles.

Make sure you enjoy an independent mechanic look at it. It will cost you around $50-$80, but it is better than paying $4,000 on a pile of junk.
decent price for an eclipse, they are not angelic on gas!

if it's a spyder then im going to assume its a gst. what that ,mean is it is turbocharged, which eat up more gas. also the take supreme gas, so your are going to have to fork out the big bucks on the already expensive gas.

if you want a sporty saloon then see if you can get an rs. or acura hold nice cars, like an rsx or maybe an integra. honestly though for reliability and gas, honda civics and toyota's are the best. the enjoy very good engine and bring back good gas mileage.

What is a moral first coup¨¦ for...

Answers:    Yes, Being in the auto industry for some time I enjoy seen nothing but problems near these vehicles. I owned and bought this year brand new and it be recalled my first three months of ownership.
Bottom line is you will payment more for Honda, Toyota, Subaru being best in holding its worth. But you get better built vehicle.
Also if you buy from a dealer you own no way of getting receipts. Receipts when puchasing a used vehicle the most important item to ask for. These show the maintance of the vehicle through months or years of ownership. Has the oil been correct, Brakes kept up, any major repairs been done to the vehicle. Also who owned a vehicle is necessary, boy or girl, age is a factor. Hate to say it but being a guy Iam harder on a vehicle. Than my wife is.
Also beforehand you make a purchase take the vehicle to license mechanic and own him look it over. A compression check would tell what condition the engine is in. Kinda comparing how it runs presently to when it was new.
Take into the overall look of the vehicle to. Include the engine compartment. Clean vehicle was more likley taken care of.
Good luck
