Love the hypothesis but that is an conception at this point. Your link is to an article almost 1 1/2 years dated and Tesla has itself fumbled this project.
I be at the LA Auto Show last month and none of the electric concept cars be anywhere near production.
So - would I drive one? Yes! Can they generate one? Not yet!!
