Caught speeding...?

I got caught for speeding more rapidly for doing 40 ion a 30 and It was by a gatso. See, immediately I thought gatso's couldn't flash you from the front but this one did. Is there anything I can do to not acquire the points. the fine is ok(ish) but the point is gonna cost me about 500 quid (insurnace)

I own heard of race doing safety courses and not getting points. Has anyone get any infomation please?
