I've received a parking fine for pulling over in a side street in Newham & be pictured by a bus lane camera CCTV for supposedly parking for just under 2 minutes - what the camera couldn't see be that there was a blockage of traffic ahead & relations flooding out of 2 car parks just ahead of me - within the photo on the fine it clearly shows my car lights were on, but desolately the picture doesn't show I was in certainty in the car - Are CCTV parking fines close to this legal & how do I prove my innocence?
