Answers: Unless you're concerned about wet collecting in your fuel reservoir, which rarely happen anymore, drygas is a waste of money. If you own reason to believe you're going to own water issues, buy some drygas. If you grasp too much water contained by your tank, your alcohol/gasoline mixture will phase separate and your (m)ethanol concentration will drop, affecting octane rating and how verbs your fuel burns. The separated water/alcohol will not likely freeze, but can gunk up your fuel filter pretty unsuccessfully, which can strand you at an inopportune time.
Keeping your tank full is the best protection against sea collecting in your cistern and fuel line. With the vapor tight fuel cap out today, you rarely go and get much water vapor entering your reservoir. The dry winter air, combined near alcohol's ability to pick up some marine, should be enough to avoid fuel file freeze.
