what website is best to find driving directions without the use of freeway (can't use freeway..too scared) tried mapquest, but still wishes more options...

Enter you directions and let it set the route. Once it's up, at the top of the driving instructions is a button to "avoid highways". Click that and it will recalculate avoiding constrained access roadways (freeways). You can also click and drag the route if there's some particular route you feel you'd like to follow. You can enter multiple destinations if you're planning stops along your route as okay.
