Hey guys, I'm going to be 19 this April and I've decided that I would want to commute to work with a bicycle after I complete my nurture. I've seen on TV that pizza deliverers in NYC use bicycle to squeeze through traffic to deliver their pizza within record time. Due to my mom's protest, I'll only start commuting via bicycle after I can afford to put together a living on my own. I do not mind the risk factor and I'm willing to contribute that small effort for the environment. It's virtuous for health and I can save petrol money for other uses.
Are at hand any down-side in this besides safety?

Answers: None that I can see if you're contained by a crowed urban environment, I'm sure a bike will be far less hassle unless you want to pick up a date or head out of town for the weekend.
