I remember when i be a kid, coming out of a train, i dropped a lighter (which i used for fireworks, not smoking) accidentally between the gap. Other than that, i can't remember ever dropping anything else.

This is the NYC subway, by the opening. We must have the dirtiest tracks anywhere.
