Follow up for my cross-question?

Slow on the freeway means going smaller number than the speedlimit.

Legal interview?

Answers:    Slow on the freeway means going slower than the flow of traffic. Slow IS a relative permanent status. If you're going 70 in the departed lane and somebody is closing in on you from at the back, you are going slower, be polite and merge right. Do not try to enforce speedlimits by blocking speeders. You never know why they're speeding. For all you know they are trying to attain their kid to the hospital. (I know, most of them are just one jerks, but I would antipathy to be the one to hinder someone surrounded by an emergency situation!)

Is it possible for someone who is...

That's correct. When you see a sign that says "slower traffic preserve right" it does not mean slower than me, it funds slower than the limit.
