HELP- mpg, litres, and kms!?

i'm just bought a vw beetle, that has a 2L engine, and i know it get 21 mpg. What i'm trying to figure out is how much it will cost to fill up the cistern? gas here is about $1 CND. is there any style to work this out?

Is here anyone out here who have...

Do you catch sight of that folks...

Depends on the size of the fuel tank. Multiply the cost by the volume.

If the tank is 21L, and fuel is $1/L, cost to riddle the tank will be roughly $21, if it is completely empty.

How to Pay a Missed Toll?

Answers:    The price of filling up only depends on the size of the fuel container and the cost of fuel. The North American Beetle has a fuel capacity of just about 55L, so at the rate of $1 CND, it will cost you about $55 to fill the container completely. The fuel consumption rates are about 10L/100km city and 7L/100km highway (this translates to about 24mpg city/32mpg highway contained by imperial units).
