Im gonna be18 yrs in January and will finish my six months within december, however that means i dont enjoy a way to obtain to college for my first quarter. I've heard of a provisional license where on earth you can get a drivers license in the past you finish ur six months and before you turn 18. I've also hear that the DMV could cut down a few months for you if you show them that you need to drive somewhere approaching school or work. Is this true or not? i go to the dmv and they told me a provisional licence can be attained if i finish six months on my permit or turn 18 first. I dont know what to do immediately.
